Reflections on day one in the gym

Posted by Dominic Pannell on Friday, November 13, 2009, In : General fitness programme

Day One in the gym

Posted by Dominic Pannell on Friday, November 13, 2009, In : Gym
I finally had a session in the gym. It was hard.

About Me

Dom Pannell I'm a generally happy-go-lucky British guy who has travelled quite a bit and lived in couple of European countries before moving back to London ten years ago. All of a sudden I find that I weigh over 18 stone and that running for the bus has become an effort. It's time to fix that.
