and I won't lie by saying I've been super-healthy and that weight is dropping off. I haven't and it isn't.My excuse is that it was my birthday last week and I was wined and dined on several days. well, to be honest it was more of a walk and a run. I need to build up stamina and to be honest, I'm hard pushed if I have to run for the bus at the moment.I planned to walk briskly for 90 seconds, run for 90 seconds, walk briskly for 90 seconds and so on.I found it pretty hard going. Mainly I felt it in my back. Even after just a few metres of running/jogging, my lower back felt tight and was quite painful.
