well, to be honest it was more of a walk and a run. I need to build up stamina and to be honest, I'm hard pushed if I have to run for the bus at the moment.I planned to walk briskly for 90 seconds, run for 90 seconds, walk briskly for 90 seconds and so on.I found it pretty hard going.
