First thoughts on MBTs

So, as I said I would, I went and bought a pair of MBTs from a shop called Back in Action last week. Actually, I went immediately after publishing that post. They're just like the ones in the picture (as my feet are a size 10 and a half, they're not exactly subtle). They are supposed to give your legs a work-out while not putting strain on the lower back.

It has been two weeks and one day since my last confession

and I won't lie by saying I've been super-healthy and that weight is dropping off. I haven't and it isn't.

My excuse is that it was my birthday last week and I was wined and dined on several days. You see, there is a reason that the banner at the top of this website is a sumptuous meal rather than a more obvious picture depicting exercise. My downfall is food and drink, particularly wine.
